Used to determine the particle size distribution (grading) of fine and coarse materials (aggregates, soil … etc.). Suitable for relatively large particles compared to conventional sieving such as crushed aggregates and mines (pellets, coke, coal, slag, ores … etc.)
The results are used to determine compliance of the particle size distribution with applicable specification requirements and to provide necessary data for control of the production of various aggregate products and mixtures containing aggregates. The data may also be useful in developing relationships concerning porosity and packing
Robust and strong structure
Operated by eccentric motor which provides hammer-effect sieving allowing the materials to pass through the sieves without getting caught in the openings
Can accept up to 1 cubic feet of materials (almost 65 kg or 30 liters)
Equipped with Hydraulic Clamps for easy and firm locking of the sieving trays
Can hold up to 6 trays (457 x 660 mm)
Sieve trays and pan are to be ordered separately
Noise Reduction Cabinet (G-043/SPC) can be ordered separately
